I was sitting in with one of the best keyboardists in town who happens to be the best bass player and overall musician Terry Thomas, at Walker's Barbecue. I have also met some of the most influencial and positive people over there including everyone from church music directors to personal friends of ______. After eating the best Boudain, links, ribs, salad, and beans I have had in town, I began talking to the owners.It just so happens that they are the first cousin to the late Duke of Houston namely Tully Evans. I can tell you that this man had the class in articulating what the people wanted more than anyone that I have ever seen. He was the best boss I had. He always payed on time and the correct amount at Pizzaz.Peters' Productions owns video documenting the best that Houston has ever offered in clubs, including Jazz at Pizzaz the Miss Pizzaz contests. It was all under the leadership of Tulie Evans. Tulie Evans was Pizzaz which was the ultimate class expression for Houston
