Well it is here. Just what you have been complaining that you do not have. A top notch jazz club. Well it takes a little more than name to make it. In fact the quality is dictated by the leader of the group and the rythym section. Well Legends has just that in The Woody Whit Trio @ Legends on Wednesday. Some of the Legends included Scott Conti and Ichy on guitar, not to mention yours truly on flute and sop. sax. Even the sound man sat in on Tenor and flute. Mr. Carmouche even sat in.
Dr. Whit with David Craig and Clyde Adams attract a wide array of "sit-ins" with a multitude of challenging tunes to play as requested. It reminds me of the old days @ Garcias or at the Ritzy with Prof Conrad Johnson.
